[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — EMI Charged Twice in a Single month without any clue

DEAR MANAGER, I not happy with your service at all. My Self Sarath Racherlafrom Hyderabad purchased 2 wheeler bike under two wheeler loan account number (AHE18280H) on 22-June and every month my ECS is scheduled for 21st of the present month. For the month of Sep-15, i was charged the EMI on 10 Sep 2015 without any intimation.Next the same loan account got deducted on 21 Sep 2015. Was trying to reach concered showroom executive Mr.Shyam (Induslnd bank respresntative) over 50 calls but he never picks the call. Im utterly disappoitned with your service and atttitude from your service personal from showroom. He is really unfit for JOB. I need clarification right with in 2-3 days, if not i will register a compalint a fraud case against your company policies. Regards
