[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — False promises, rude staff & scam

Pathetic! Just PATHETIC!

Never was subjected to such a rude treatment by any institutions, including the government ones where I actually expect that kind of treatment.
My interactions with the Indusind Bank has proven to me that they will do anything to get a sale including defrauding the customer.

I opened my company account "E-Creative Digital Marketing LLP" at Bhayandar (East) branch. Before opening the account, I asked them that I wanted an account with minimum balance of INR 25, 000. But your sales executive, VARSHA PARMAR, forced me to open an account with minimum INR 50, 000 as that will speed up my account creation process and after the account is opened she will turn that account back to INR 25, 000 one.

Everything was smooth upto that point!
Then I started incurring monthly charges for not maintaining monthly balance as I only had INR 48, 000 in my account. Imagine paying INR 855 as a charge for not maintaining just INR 2000.

When I called Varsha Parmar to explain to me as to why was charge levied. She was downright rude. To quote her exact words, "Mai Bank nahi hu. Mujhe kya pata. Aap bank manager se baat karo. And kya hua, maintain karo na balance."
Seriously, is this how Indusind bank treat it's customers.
And unfortunately this was just the starting for me.

In first month, on the insistence of Varsha Parmar, I applied for IndusInd credit card. It got approved and everything was rosy.

However, when I studied my first month's statement, I got to know that there was an ECS attempt made. And I was charged INR 250 as the transaction didn't go through.

I was shocked. I never gave any instruction for ECS. Hell, I didn't even give any of my account number.
I called up customer care, and they gave me last 4 digit of the account number that was linked and that is when I realized that the account linked was my company's current account.

I mean how can you guys do it.

Customer care guys kept saying that I must have signed it. But honestly I didn't sign up for that. The guy who filled my credit card application(VIVEK TRIPATHI) just told me to sign at the marked places and that he will fill the form at the office. I didn't think much of it as ICICI and SBI do the same.
But little did I know that IndusInd bank was so shady.

The guy without even informing me linked my company's account to my personal credit card. I am only a director and as such answerable to other directors too. How would anyone explain such a thing.

And few minutes before I type this, I called up Varsha Parmar, so I could get the full name of the guy who filled my credit card and as expected, she was rude. Trying to shield the guy who wronged me.

You can verify my story by contacting VINOD BAJALA(customer relations). He was looking after my refund request for the past 1 month. He gave up today and hence I am writing this and even considering my legal options.
You guys should deliver on what you promise or not promise at all!

I'll never recommend this bank to anyone. Infact, I'll ask all my friends, relatives and clients to shut their account. The same thing can happen to anyone.
And no one from IndusInd Bank will take ownership for their mistakes.
