Indusind Bank — indusind american express card

I have Indusind American Express card . card no:[protected]. I do not know the pros and cone of the card . as a poor customer the bank has kept me unaware that this card is not usuable. I have already paid Rs4560/ annual charges. The ban has told me that I will get Free ticket, but that also I have not received. now the Bank represantative is saying that this card can only be selectively used . if they tell this earlier then I will not take this card. even the pin number which has been sent cannot be readable, so I cannot go to any merchant. I request for fresh pin for going to transaction immediately, they are reluctant to do so
