[Resolved] Indusind Bank Ltd. — Amount deducted during transaction | |||||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, My Name is Divakar Pathak.i have a saving account in Axis bank. I went to withdraw some amount from Indulsand bank ATM but during the process transaction got failed . i cancelled the process and left the ATM I entered an amount of Rs 1000 from INDULSAND BANK ATM on 13th Oct-2015, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi - 96, but i did not get any money and 10000 was deducted from my account. i complaint three times to Axis Bank against this act and got the same response that i have taken money( Rs 10000) after all three complaints i demanded for CCTV footage but i did not get CCTV footage till now. Indulsand bank is saying that i have withdrawal money. but i did not get any amount if i have withdrawal the money where is the CCTV footage?. I have been suffered a lot. and fed up of doing complaints and follow-ups but did not get to know what happened actually to my money. so i request you please help me in this regards, and please advise Indulsand bank to return my money with interest. Dear Sir,
With due respect I would like to inform you that, on dtd.[protected] at the time around 19:32:21 I used your Bank ATM located at Bhowanipur location for withdrawal of Rs. 400/- but unfortunately amount was not disbursed from ATM machine and receive a confirmation receipt as Amount Insufficient Balance.
After a few minute I re-tried to checked my Account Balance and I was shocked that Rs. 400/- has been debited from my Bank Account inspite of the fact that no disbursement happened for the aforesaid time period.
Therefore, requesting you, Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to return the aforesaid Amount to my Bank Account No.
