[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Mental Torture with Continuous Phone Calls

Hi, I am Sadakathullah Khan. I own a credit card with Indusind bank. First time I delayed in making the payment but did pay them. My bad I paid Rs.300 less For the amount of Rs.300 these bank people tortured me a lot over the phone. They forced me on not paying the amount online as I always do and wanted to send someone home to collect the payment. I use to get frequent calls from [protected], [protected]. I clearly told those people that I am in a meeting now and can’t talk to them. Despite of the fact they continuously called me upon me not answering the call. In the meeting my phone in vibration mode going crazy in my pocket. This was the best mental torture that I ever had. There was a person who called me and wanted me to send some screenshot of my bank page after logging in. I said I am not going to share any screenshots but he became angry and forced me to send the screenshot. I did not send anything to him and rejected it. This is real crazy. Please stop giving me mental pressure and torture like this. I have a good credit history of paying on time. I had a miss once and this mental torture is too much I request to listen to all the conversations that the bank made to me regarding payment and take appropriate action against each one of them.
