[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Pushpankar from indusind bank sector 23, gurgaon misbehaves and gives poor services. | |||
I am paralyzed and have difficulty walking, but despite the same i had to go back to check my account balance as i do not have an enabled net banking. I met executive named pushpankar at the branch who told me that indusind banking Systems are not working and he promised me that he will email me PDF of my 6 months account statement at my email id., so i went back with same difficulty disappointed by indusind bank. But it has been 7 days ;pushpankar has not sent me the statements.. i call indusind bank and pushpankar daily but he disconnects the call or drop call saying he will call back alter..it is in this was indusind bank harasses customers. So poor is sector 23 branch Indusind bank.. I will not recommend indusind bank account to anyone.. difficult bank and poor services bank. shame on indusind bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
