I finance a Hero Glamour Fi Bike from Indsind bank. I have Clear Time to Time all my Dues payment for the same but till date Bank not provide My No Objection Certificate to clear the further documention. I am regular follow with bank representative Baruipur (W.B.) branch. but he is providing me time next and next Some time not responce. Kindly help me in this regard.

It is very bad in todays competative market.

Give them training at least pick the phone and answer it.

I had been offered a loan by your bank having loan account no. BDO01011H, Customer Code : CU5065862 for which i had paid all the instalments but yet NOC for the same is still pending from your side. I have never been contacted by the bank and on visiting the bank several times they assure me and asks to provide some supporting documents to get the NOC. I have already provided all the supporting documents (attached below) to the bank, despite of that they are not handing over the NOC to me. Recently on visiting the bank they informed me that they have misplaced my NOC and is asking to apply for a duplicate NOC with fees for that. As I have not received the Original (first copy) of NOC, and it has been misplaced by the bank then why should i pay the charges for the duplicate NOC.

Generally, issue of NOC takes maximum of 03 days and i am being harassed since long. I need the NOC as soon as possible as i require to submit the same in an office.
