Indusind Bank — salary and resign

Respected sir, I am Hardik Rathod I was joinging indusind bank as relationship Officer (RO) dated[protected]. Due to systems error that's why my employer code not generated and my salary account not open before 15th April 2015. My reporting manager said at that time your salary has been done next month. Due to some of good opportunity come that's why I left the jobe after 15th may 2015. Before I resign I cleared all the thing to my reporting manager. He told me you are not able to go next job till not complete notice period. Sir I don't have to any option because I got good post and higher package in salry that's why I choose my dision and I' left the job with out pay notice period. Many time I do request to my HR please relive my April month salary but they are not give proper response. I honestly do work and before I left the job I clear all the things to my reporting manager. Request you to please help me I am just asking my April month salary only. I know that if I pay full notice period then I got whole month salary, I already work 15 day then I do reusign then why he told me pay whole month server notice period.
