[Resolved] Indusind Bank — unsatisfactory services of Indusind bank deposits | |||
Dear sir/madam I want to inform you that I have given 4 FDs for renewal on 16 August 2014 and I have received 2 FDs on around 2 or 4 september 2014 and the other 2 FDs were incorrectly made by the staff. Then I have communicated to them and they assured us that same would be corrected and it is under processing then yesterday i.e. 26 September 2014 they told us that it could not be corrected and the Same FDs are required to be prematured and then new FD shall be made. I have asked them about the interest for those 1-1.5 months should be given to us but they replied that they don't have any idea about and will consult their seniors and then update us but yet no reply is being provided. i had 3000 money in my account at date[protected] After that, today i checked balance in account. It remains only 1074 rs in account. Kindly please check it63%
