[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Wrongly charging emi even after raising complaint | |||
Hi Team, I did a transaction with Indusind bank Credit card for Rs. 5099 to buy a phone from snapdeal.com on 25th October 2015.The transaction was of 12 Months EMI. But after few days Snapdel canceled my ORDER and refunded my money Back to indusind bank credit card account. Then After I call Indusind bank customer care on 3rd November to cancel my EMI as they got full money credited. They took a request (00362) and told me I wil be done by 4 working days. Now today on 12 December I called them to get a confirmation of that EMI cancellation they told me it not done and last 2 month they are charging me EMI also. Problem Even If they cancel my EMI now they told me they will charge precosure value to me. Request you to help me to get this issue sorted. Was this information helpful? | |||
