[Resolved] Industrybuying — Non delivery of prepaid order

I have orderered a product on 17nov16.. But after 18 days they made a cancellation of the product stating the vendor issue problem.

It is not the rightway. They made lots of excuses and just try to pass time.
They not even respond to the mails
Order id is[protected]

Company should be imposed to give penalty amt also.
Company should not try this type of procedure otherwise people not be have faith in onling prepaid txn.
This type of prepaid order r good as per govt point of view.

I want that they not cancel product and make arrangement to deliver product.
