I placed an order id 817786 on 18 july after much research into the products and spending time before ordering. However, i thought the task was over without knowing that the real trouble started then. I have followed up several times after that and am yet to have any progress on the order.
It would have been better to pay a slightly higher amount at other sites or from market then to get into all these issues. What is the point of having the product if it is received after the purpose is served. Hence, kindly process my refund asap. I will make sure to avoid and have others avoid these kind of e commerce sites.

We really apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that the delay is caused due to some product availability issue with the vendor but now as per your request we have cancelled your order & initiate refund for the same as well. You will get the refunded amount within 24 to 48 working hours. We request for your patience and cooperative support while your refund is being processed.
When they say order is cancelled on my request, they should also mention that the request stemmed based on false promises made on your portal that shipment will be done within 4-7 days. First I had to wait so long and in doing so I rejected all the other options, waited for my plants to be planted... and now you cancelled and are mentioning that its cancelled as per my request.. If I had to cancel the order from the day 1, why would have I placed the order... why do you make false promises on timelines and respond only if complained and not pro actively before the committed timelines that the order may get delayed... whos mistake is this and who has to suffer?
For you its easy, just have to refund the amount received, for me its about again spending time visiting other options and placing an order... who is gonna compensate for all those... and least to say that the plants had to be accomodated in grow bags all this while which if I knew before of your callousness, would have shopped for pots and soil straight away...and not waste all this time

We would like to inform you that we agreed that there was some delay from our side as well. Actually in most of the orders time limit for delivery of the product are not breached, but in certain case it does. The availability of the products are not even all the time but only as per your request to initiate the refund we have cancelled the order.
