[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Refund not received

This is regarding order number :-1169042.
Well it was prepaid order, and cancelled this order after few days, but I received partial refund only, due to one product was already been shipped.
After contacting IB team, they suggested that, don't accept the shipment, if you don't want this product.
Well let me remind you, this product was been shipped back to seller, but still I have not received refund for it..when I spoke to IB customer care, they said 1169042 is invalid order number.
Well for more details, my registered email id on IB is [protected]@gmail.com, and it is about my last order..

What was reason behind this deduction?
IB has just refunded the shipment cost, but not the cost of product.
