I purchased books from infibeam through online. I got the wrong volume and damaged books. I request them to replace only the wrong volume. since June first week I am waiting, they are saying wait, wait for 48 hours. Not yet replaced the wrong volume. they ask a hundred of queries, image of books, everything they ask I did. their courier taken the book back with in ten days but still it is not replaced...
