[Resolved] Infibeam — Delay in shipping products and no update regarding shipment | |||
I have ordered Micromax LED TV in infibeam.com i've placed order on 31st March 2014 and they mentioned expected shipment date is 3rd April but still now i did not get any update regarding consignment even i called to customer service they used to tell only we have logged your complaint against concerned department and it will be resolve in 24 hours but still not more hours passed than they told and most of the time they put call in hold or disconnect the call. even dropped mail to customer service they will write reply it will be sort out soon but still now i wrote 4 mails to the customer service.
