Infibeam — Duplicate product and poor customer service

My order ld 18916240 for nokia 2610 and i got duplicate mobile after number of follow up and worst thing was packing, it was wrapped in brown cover and its not in working condition also and anyone can make out its dummy piece and not the original mobile.
I have celled up customer care and as per their advice send picture to infibeam customer care and after that i called them every and send more then 10 reminder mail but no resolution as of now. Every time i am getting message that it will take more 24 to 28 hours but its been 12 days now and not a single mail or call received from them.
