[Resolved] Infibeam — Misguided and cheated by infibeam | |||
Hi Team, This is regarding order of book(IBPS RRBs Gramin Bank Officer Scale- I CWE Practice Work Book) placed through infibeam on 22-07014 with order no[protected]. While placing the order, It was mentioned that the book was in stock and would be delivered by 28-07-14. After a number of follow-up with infibeam telephonically, they come up with the information on 29-07-14 that it would take more 10-15 days at least as the book was not in stock and had gone for reprinting. At the same time they dropped a mail stating that it will be shipped by 01-08-14. Every single day is crucial for me to prepare for the coming examination for which I had ordered this book, but infibeam doesn't care at all as it seems. I am feeling as being cheated as I could have bought this book from other seller, If I had right information of shipment date. Was this information helpful? | |||

Aug 08, 2014 Updated by nkm23dt Hi Team, I want to update that yesterday they called me and they have dropped a mail today mentioning that they are cancelling the order as they are unable to arrange the book due to its un-availability. 22-07-14 : Book order date 29-07-14: They told that it is out of print and will take 10-15 days for reprinting. 07-08-14: They cancelled the order saying they are unable to arrange the book. I had some plan for the preparation for upcoming exam, after these 16 crucial days, I am forced to plan differently, as I don't have enough time for the preparation.
