[Resolved] Infibeam — Old servirced battery provided instead of New one.

I ordered an brand new battery for my lap top. But Infibeam provided an reused battery which contains the clear sign of service center mark. This is cheating & Infibeam is not providing any support for my replacement or refund. For further details please see the attached photo.
