[Resolved] Infibeam — Refund money | |||
I have placed an order on Infibeam on 17th of March of Onida Smart TV. My order ID is: 18185333. They have delivered me product 4 days delayed & that product was totally damaged product. After that i have done lots of tele call with them & talked with their senior executive Ms. Priyanka. They have given me commitment of arrainging pick up within 2-3 days but after around 15 days they have arranged pickup for me & then they told me that once we receive product within 2-3 days we will refund your money. But its more than 11 days they received product still they don't have any updation of product. No one is giving me proper answer there. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
