Infibeam — Worst service from Infibeam

I have placed the order (Order ID #[protected] on 31st Mar. Inspite of agreeing delivery on 3rd April, till date (23rd April) product is not delivered. Till date I made multiple complaints to them, no response. It seems they faced some octri issue while delivering the product, but none other company (amozon, flipcart, bigbasket, snapdeal) faced any problem in delivering the prodcut at my address. Now they are saying it will take another 10 days to refund my money. Worst website . Never buy product on Infibeam.
