[Resolved]  Infocom Network Limited — Employee reluctant to reimburse salary due to resignation

I had been an employee of INFOCOM NETWORK LIMITED, Bangalore A Branch for the period 4.8.2014 to 27.8.2014 and managed to acquire leads which might be converted into customers in near future. I could not adhere to Trade India’ s work culture and hence resigned.Now the employer is not even bothered about my salary for the same month.My colleagues have already got their cheque in hand at branch itself on 5th sept .My cheque had been intentionally send to HDFC, RKSALAI Branch for unneccessary harassment.I talked with NEW DELHI HR DEPARTMENT of the same employer asking the reason for the same.They dont pick up the call.
