Dear sir / madam.

Myself vishal verma, last year, 21 july 2015., i buy your phone in focus m350.
From last 2 months, i facing problem in phone again and again.
First time i came to service center, " sheetla telecom, janakpuri delhi, because of mobile screen has white spot, that why i came to service center.
But service center person told, it's very minor, not worry about it. seriously that time, i was shocked because american company smartphone service center told it's a minor problem, don't need to change. but they changed after i forced on it. because i was know it was not major fault.. but it becomes will be major.
Almost 10 -12 days, i received my phone from service center. after 2 days i noticed that my front camera option not available. that time i call to customer care, told that camera not working, raise complaint regarding service center, this kind of behavior and they register one problem at one time and i will diagnose your problem.
But seriously, they didn't diagnose yet.
So. i again submit my phone at same service center, told that my camera option not available and other issue.
In 2-4 days. i received my phone again
I found my phone screw all are not available. and my phone vibrates very horrible.
Next days.. they screwed every parts.
Vibrate problem gone..
20 july 2016, i visit services center again for vibration problem, they update software, and told me... now it's not doing problem.
Then i told that. please check sim slot also.
Sometimes they show sim not insert and restart problem.. they told me your sim having problem..
So i conveyed and leave services center, even i installed my both sim on another phone.
It's not showing problem
So. next day 21 july 2016 (last day of my phone warranty)
I called to customer care, then i share my problem with them
I told that.. if any hardware problem, then i didn't submit my phone there, because i didn't trust on your service center and another one.
So i want, they crates job sheet of 21 july 2016,
When spare parts came to service center and they call me, that time they will changed..

They told me, when u reached at service center, then u told that u consult with customer executive, and u didn't submit your phone, submit your phone at that time, when spare parts came.
And senior executive also contact with you.

At eve, i reached at service center,
I show my phone,
Main technicians told that it's sim slot 2 problem pin problem, when i goes down that time, sim not recognize and they show restart option.
They pulled up those pin, told that.. it's is ok now..
Then i didn't conveyed with them, even i told that in future, i facing same problem, then what i do?
Then they told me.. they will repair my phone with chargeable amount.

Even.. i again call to customer care executive,

They told me. again visit service center at same time
I. told that, i am at my job location now..
Then they told me. gave me 15 minutes.
I will consult with service center
Then i will call you..
After 15minutes, i received call from ashish..
They told me..
Within 15 days.. u are facing same problem, service center repair free.
28 july 2016, i am facing same problem
29 july 2016, i call to customer care, vivek picked my call (111512)

: even they told me, first service center, but i already mentioned i didn't trust on your any service center because they may be replaced old part on it..
So, i forced to vivek, please transfer my call to senior team, who help me.
After that i received call from your senior department mayank.
They listin and note down all problem, and told me.. wait 30min. i will consult with you..
But i didn't received any call.

: so.in last i will take legal against your company, because i am totally mad at your service and customer executive / senior executive.

I totally mad at your service and executiv
My smart phone infocus m370i create touch proble in many time. In all area in phone. Its touch does not work properly. I was going to service centrein pune. They di not solve my problem properly. Give me right suggetion for that problem.
Even if applocker is on, the recent tab portion shows the content inside the app. It shows that the mobile is insecure in terms of the above mentioned. Please look into it and release an update as soon as possible.
Mobile heating problem 1year period in three time in your service centre but 6 jull 2016 same problem in your company mobile please solve in my problem .shubham swami

Same mobile M350, even i had the screen problem and then came the PCB, i gave it to service when i still had my warranty period in july and i still hav'nt got it back they are not taking this seriously. we all should lodge a complaint on them
