[Resolved]  In.MobileFun.com — Wrong product after all the hassle

I received the product and was taken by shock The product i ordered was Official Samsung Galaxy Note 3 S-View Wireless Charging Cover - Black And the product i received was Official Samsung Galaxy Note 3 S-View the entire point of ordering the product is defeated if the Wireless Charging feature is missing Pls look at the pics attached Pls suggest what has to be done. I am so frustrated at the end of all this Regards Meherab

Dear Mobile Fun I would like to thank you i got the correct product. However i would like to bring in 1 point to your notice I got the product and was asked to pay 1613/- for the same since i you refunded the product cost i went ahead and paid off the amount as it would not be in the right for me to reject it again My suggestion please when u make the custom's note pls mention "Samsung Cover" and not the full description as they are taking it for a handset instead of a cover Thanks Meherab

From the mail I received today I get to understand that you will not be shipping the correct product to me anymore and will close the case with the gestured refund. Pls do let me know if I am correct as I have been waiting very patiently for the correct product

Order [Ref:4075237]Not received; customer care not responding

I ordered an otterbox cover worth 3618 from in.mobilefun.com, Which I paid for at the time of ordering, I have not received till date, and the customer care is not responding to my mails for any enquiries as well.
