Dear Sir, Last month I have paid Rs.7978 through my HDFC credit card for the following items, 1) 3 days and 2 night stay with complimentary break fast 2) 1000 Rs Grocery cash back voucher 3) Accidental Insurance coverage for 1 laks 4) Discount card for dinning purposes 5) Gift card for normal purchases 6) Complimentary wrist watch But they havnt asked me to pay, rather they insisted me pay that amount by saying they are calling from HDFC bank. Its my fault only, i shount paid the amount without enquiring about them. They have a formal website WWW.Innovatelifestyle.COM. I have received their products except gift card mentioned above as item no 5. I have orderd this product because of this gift card only because by using this card we can avail 30-40 % discount on all branded outlets accross the country. Also in the items other i received all the address are striked out and i could not avail the offers since they are not all responding my calls. These are their contact numbers [protected] & [protected]. Now i want to raise a complaint on them to get money back also for compensation. Please help me ... even i have been cheated by this company. i never received any parcel from them but i had debit on my a/c
and still i am not getting my refund.
I am planning to make police complaint and will try for consumer court also.
even we should go to media also, to make a propaganda and social media.
