[Resolved]  Inoday Consultancy Pvt Ltd — Took money and not responding

Hi,

I was searching for Php Developers in Bangalore. I came across Indoay Consultancy Pvt Ltd, I asked them would you like to work on my project. They said yes, We negotiated on price for Rs 20000. But i wanted a local developer in Bangalore. So i asked the person whom i talked with i.e Prabhash Ranjan. that do you have a developer in bangalore. He said i have sales person in bangalore.

Okay i met sales paerson and my project manager from Inoday i.e Abhishek Anand. We discussed about the project and payments terms.

I sent my homepage design for development. They took almost 10 days to develop. And i tried to talk to them, Prabhash and abhishek never picked my calls and did not respond to text and emails.

Finally they said that i need to pay 50% of the amount first. only after that they will start work.

I paid Rs 11200 to their account.

I did not like the way they worked. Once he picked up and when i tried to confront him he cut the call.

Then to be safe i sent them NDA Form to sign and send back. Even this they took 7 days and later said they cant do this.

Then i said i do not want to work with you guys. Please return my money. He said he wont ( Prabhash Ranjan ).

And now he blocked me on skype and emails.

Be careful of this company INODAY Consultancy pvt ltd. located in Noida, India.

People Involved from Inoday - Prabhash Ranjan, Abhishek Anand and Sunita.

I am making a police complaint also.

Will see what happens.
