Inox — Lack of attention of representative at ticket counter.

As today dated 9th Aug 2015 I have gone to INOX Dhanbad I told to give ticket of MI for 4.55 pm and representative at counter given me 3.55 pm and after one hour when I saw ticket I was socked the representative has given me wrong time ticket.
