I am Nisha Mudgal was having my ibps PO exam on 19th oct. 2014 at MAHAN instt. shivaji enclave, new delhi.
As in the begining my mouse and computer system was working properly but after i was with 15 min. left, my mouse stopped working and was not able to attend any question.indeed, the time was running but i was helpless to operate my mouse.
Immediately, i shouted and called the faculty but noone respond.However after 2-4 mints one teacher came to me and asked for the problem.As he took time and changed my mouse but because of poor managment and their loopholes, the another mouse was also not working.Despite running time, they were not helping for me.
In last, they provided me another laptop system but when i log in my exam again, the time left was only 30 second.
As i was preparing for this exam from last 1 year and due to your mistakes i am affraid to score less in exam.please take any action rather i moved to consumer court.i want to file petition regarding this as it was all about my carrier but first i want that you should solve this problem from your side and take action as soon as possible.
