Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Mismatch of biometric at the time of interview

I am a candidate of ibps po/mt v having registration no.[protected] and roll no.[protected]. I cleared po pre and appeared for po mains examination on 31 october, 2015 at

On 19 january, 2016, i appeared for interview at bank of india

Up­ 201 307 at 1:00 pm.
My documents were checked/ verified by concerned staff and thereafter my bio metric test was conducted. However, i was told that my thumb impression do not match. Staff was very cooperative and checked the thumb impression again. They called me after sometime and conducted the test again and again but it was not verified.
They said this would suspect me as if i am not the same candidate who appeared for the po pre and mains exam.
At last they allowed me to appear for the interview i was the last candidate who appeared for interview. I was very nervous and frustrated that time still tried to give 100% in interview and i it went above average.

Sir, it is not my fault for mismatch of thumb impression can be due to some technical fault of the instruments or due the some sort of skin problems that arise in winters or other reasons like negligence of staff as they might have saved my bio-metric details wrongly against other candidates or due to some other reasons. I again declare that i am the genuine and the same candidate who appeared for the preliminary exam and mains exam as well as appeared in the interview process. The authorities may get it checked from any source or test. They can check the cctv footage of the college where i appeared for the mains exam and also match my interview letter thumb impression with the one i put on the pre and mains call letter in front of the college authorities. Ibps should verify the flaws as a mere technical mismatch cannot ruin my future and my career.
Sir i am not sure about my candidature as they have put some red stamp on my documents because of this biometric mismatch. I request you to intervene in the matter and take immediate steps so that i may get justice and considered my candidature on merits.
So i request you to look into the matter urgently and do justice to me. It is the question of my career. Any criminal proceedings can be initiated against me if i am found guilty .But steps should be taken by you and i assure i can provide all sort of documents required to prove my genuine candidature. If proper investigation is not done then unfortunately i will have to file legal complaint against ibps and tcs .This is on your part, waiting for your reply and action.
