[Resolved]  climb first — Climb First a Fraud Institution

With this letter we would like to bring to your notice the incorrect promises made and malpractices carried in the name of Professional training by a Training Institute in Mumbai known as Climb First Consultancy Private Limited,particularly Borivali branch and having branches across Mumbai and a website called cfindiaportal.com ,where in they have the various courses listed down for enrollment for students for e.g. Bank PO,TISS,GMAT,CAT ,CMAT etc.They are harassing poor students by making false promises and not keeping them ,the students are mainly from middle class community,who want to participate in these exams and dream of a better life by clearing these and other courses. But this institute is killing their dream.

I being one of the affected the following promises were made to the students just like me

1. Individual attention and prompt redressal of complaints.

2. IIT/IIM level faculties with high percentiles in CAT and GMAT to teach the students.

3. Regular conduct of the classes as per the students convenient timings.

4. Vedic Maths will be taught for faster solving of problems.

5. Completion of Syllabus for each and every course.

6. Refund of 80% of the fees on non clearance of the said exams.

7. Mock Test based student progress for proactive monitoring and identifying weak areas.

There have been recurring incidences reported by students against climbfirst for not keeping their said promises and leaving the students high and dry without any guidance or help .

Currently a group of students from the Bank PO and myself have also registered a Formal complaint at Borivali Police Station to address these grievances and also have informed the consumer forum about these incidents.

We,would like to bring to your notice this issue for urgent action immediately to save the hard earned money and time of the current and other prospective students.

With this letter would like to request your urgent intervention to save the students from these issues and restore faith in our educational system ,which thrives to benefit the students and develop good citizens.
