NIIT Certification — certification yet to be done.

Hi,

i have registered myself for the GNIIT course from NIIT Kaushambi Center (center code 203) on 2003 and same is completed by 2007(3 year course 2 yr theory & 1 year PP) I had done my PP from "Career Development Academy" from Jhajjar, Harayana as IT-Coordinator. and proof of the same have been provided to them. but it is almost three years then and they still have not done my certification. because of that i am not able to provide solid proof to my employer of technical education and also lost many proprieties because of that.

I have remind many time in past and now want to take legal action on it. I have provide my last communication mail to them below:

Dear Ma'am

I am sorry to say this but I went to NIIT Preet Vihar center on Saturday(16th Mar, 2013) with all my documents as told by you but they just make me run from this person to that for at least two hours an at the end no solution was found for my problem. Even I had tried to contact you but you were at leave and not picking up the phone.
.
So, Finally I have decided to give one week time to short out the thing and clear my certification otherwise after that I'll go ahead for legal action.

Please revert on this as soon as possible.
