[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — Misgudance on purchase on the policy | |||
I bought a policy from Bajaj allianze life insurance. And i have been paying the premium of INR 70000 from last 3 years. However, I had gone the company office for the surrender of policy. And they told me if I surrender the same. The total deduction would be 50% of the total premium paid by me. At the time of purchasing this policy, the agent had misguide us. They told me that i[censored] pay the premium. You would get 16% of interdental each year and you can cancel the policy after 3 years. He had never told me regarding Surrender charges. As per understanding the surrender charges is only 4 % if I cancel the policy the after 3 premium. Request you to please do something regarding this matter. Please feel free to call me. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company — Capital Unit Gain Policy No.0039885904 dated 24.2.2007 Not refunded my Paid amount.
Dear Sir,Paid Rs.25000 in Capital unit gain Policy in Bajaj allianz LIC on 24.2.2007. After that I have not paid the instalment locking period of 3 years. I asked after 3 years my amount does not refunded WHY? I do not know the insurance company but they will not give intimate or information or reply a bout my policy. Most of the policy holders joined and difficult to pay instalment amount. But last most of insurance company showed rules or norms not refunded the amount. Please take action about Bajaj alliancz LIC and intimate to me to get back my paid amount. Please send information to IRDA to change the norms, or rules any customer paid any amount that money refunded after maturity period with interest. I request you sir to take immediate steps to IRDA and Bajaj allianz LIC and immediate reply is awaited.
