[Resolved]  LIC premium — Amount deducted but not credited to premium

I had made payment for LIC Premium through LIC Portal using my debit card of Bank of India along with processing charges of Rs.12/- + Service Tax. The same amount has been deducted through my savings account but the following message has been received from [protected]@pg.easy2pay.com amd also not credited to LIC Premium.
