Dear sir,
We were going to ranchi dt:17.9.2010, from calcutta. I was in my Indica Vista Terra, Car NO. : WB 06D 0438. When I reached Gola Ghati, I was met with an accident, an Indigo JH052 7169 banged me from the front. The car was totally destroyed in this incident. I too was injured, due to which I was not able to write earlier. A letter was sent to you in your Ranchi office dated 8/11/2010, stating my requests and pleas. I had filed an FIR in Gola Thana, FIR No. 70/2010. And my

On my request dated 8/11/2010, A survey was done on 20/11/2010 by Anirudh Kumar (Surveyor). Where I paid Rs. 2659.00.
I have been calling on the phones and even went to Kanpur requesting you'll to look into the complaint and fix the matter and provide me relief, But until now, I have not recieved any positive communication from your side, due to which I'm very disturbed and stressed.
Please look into the matter immediately.
