[Resolved]  Intarvo Technologies — Gigaset A490 - Replacement has not been done

I wanted to give a complaint against the product which we have given to Intarvo Cochin Office on 23rd October 2014. I bought this Gigaset A490 through Flipkart on August 1st and stopped working on October 20th. We have given this phone to Cochin office and its almost one month we haven't received any replacement for the same. My dad is been to Cochin office couple of times and they told that this replacement part is not yet delivered from the head office, although we are calling to this office twice in a week. But no luck. Why it is taking long time? Is it the way you are doing the servicing? Warranty doesn't mean that if the product came to service center then keep it there and let the customer should walk behind that. Please let me know if anyone can be able to help here.
