I recently some Lonitab-10 online from united pharmacies and i am concerned that the medication I received is counterfeit.

I ordered the medication twice and the packaging was slightly different each time. Also the medication i first received was sent from Hong Kong and the second time it was sent from singapore.

I have purchased a morr F10% solution with Mfg Date July 2020. While using that solution I have noticed that the minoxidil compound is turned into christal like compound and it's settled down inside the bottle ( segregated from alcohol). I have been using morr F10 % from last 1.5 years but have not noticed this kind of scenario. Could you please explain the reason behind that ?/ Or i have received a faulty product....

Firstly I would like to apologise about the length of this complaint, but so many thing's have happened it had to be documented and I hope that the level of customer service I receive from you is better than what I've currently received which I can only describe as being absolutely terrible and unacceptable.

I am using lavera 250 for last more than 3 years which was bright light brown / orange in colour throughout last 3 years, there was no change in its colour.

However the recent i bought is of different colour, it is dull light brown colour (Batch no-vy0470, mfd may 2019).

Doubt arouse about genuineness of medicine. Please see and advise.
