Dear All,
I had send one Motherboard in Intel for replacement it is under warranty, but still i had not received any replacement unit back, I had communicate with Intel CSR Person but they are not giving proper update to me. One person Mr.arun is telling that your unit is already courier on 21st march 2014, after tracking the docket which is provide by him that is wrong and no information found in First Flight courier. While calling next days another person(Mr.Shekar) is telling that your unit is with us only and you only told to service department that hold the unit at warehouse.
Just think any person unit is ready and end user is really required due to these his/her work is hampering no one told to him to hold.
I am totally fade up the service & support of Intel for replacement parts under warranty.
Any one can help in these.
