Ild works with minimum transparency. the account statements issued by ild are all wrong. if the statements are not corrected in time, ild will impose big penalty at the time of offer of possession. it is better to take a no dues letter from them on an annual basis if one has paid all dues as per demand notes. the accounts deptt is in a pathetic condition and the responses on queries raised get delayed.
All buyers need to get united to avoid shocks later like high increase in super area even though the carpet area of the flat remains same or goes down. ild is not giving carpet area information of the flat to buyers. so it is difficult to assess what is going on. the penalty on delayed offer of possession is subject to their own conditions to minimise it. ild may reduce penalty amount on extended grace period, force majeor clauses and other. it is a small amount on offer of rs 5 psf but subject to many conditions.
