Bharti Airtel — Charging extra repeatedly | |

I have been using post paid connection [protected] since long.
I got the bill of 10000rs for the month of JULY
As i was going to Hongkong i called customer care to ask for cheaper interet plan and Airtel gave me an Mobile internet international plan of 500rs = unlimited usage per day, so for 5 days thats makes my interbill of 2500
I am ready to pay 2500 plus my all monthly charges which doesnt make my bill nothing more then 4000, however the mobile interet usage billed to me is 5000rs (inspite of taking unlimted access = plan 500per day, without using more then 1 GB)
I had really tough time dealing with customer care and i am still explaining my problem with supervisors since 06aug13.
Anther example for August Month bill
I pay 250 monthly charge for 1GB per month, I never excided more then 1GB, still their is an extra bill of 900 for Mobile internet usage
This is rediculas, Now airtel has just closed my number and it says No service
Their [protected] cumtomer care number is so disgusting that i cant reach any customer care
I am seriously pissed off
one should never use Airtel if going abroad
Please help me sort out this problem, i would never use airtel again ever.
