BSNL 3G Prepaid SIM Card — No GPRS Connectivity

Here i am jignesh bhatti from ahmedabad. My Grievance is that there are no GPRS connectivity regular in my 3G prepaid sim card. my Mobile No. is [protected]. I had call so many times to customer care centre of bsnl. But the problem is still there. So i am requesting for help to do the needful in this context as early as possible.
