Hello Jitendra, I would like to suggest you that after 11.00pm please disconnect the internet connection & reconnect again or if you have wireless router then once switch it off & again switch it on after two minutes, you speed will get double in night, i am also an Home Net User, same issue was with me, i get this steps from Home Net representative & i carried out now i am geting double speed in Night,

very bad customer care & they use slangs & no one there speaks english they keep saying talk in our language or they hang up call by saying mcbc

Homenet provides good internet service, until you face down-time. Your trauma/disaster will start when all-of-a-sudden your internet service is down (on an average once or twice a week). You have to call their illiterate-call-center to raise ticket and chase them to get your problems resolved. They are well-trained to give you standard/by-hatred (ratta) answers, not one cares to get your problems resolved. When your service is down, either you have to call ‘n’ numbers of time at their call center or personally visit their office, which still does not guarantee your problem would be resolved.
My experience in nut-shell – I had switched from Hathway to Homenet in search of better service. But then I realize ‘crows are black everywhere’. The service is good until it is not down. Think twice before buying HomeNet internet.

Third class service and third class customer care representative. Giving very less importance to customers. Less bother about customer complaints. Requesting Everyone to switch off from Homenet to any better internet service provider but dont use homenet.
