MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL]

[Resolved]  MTS / MBlaze — Speed is very low less than 1mbps.

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My MTS Datacard No:[protected] is going with speed less than 1kbps. They say that it will be 3.1Mbps. But they are cheating us. When contacted the customer care they say they vl resolve it in 20 hrs but that does not happen. I have rechraged on 24th september with Rs.999 unlimited pack. And i guess i have not at all used 10GB till now. As the speed lessens sfter 10 GB.

Please help resolve the issue since am not able to work at all without internet.

MTS/MBLAZE — NO SIGNAL AT ADYAR/CHENNAI

MY DEVICE NO: [protected], It very poor signal and not working well because of signal, i complaint

My contact no is [protected], And my complaint no: OCT/4460 and OCT/6993.I got some 4 calls from your end yesterday but still my problem is unresolved. Its 7days since i registerd the complaint but all in vain.

Hope my issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
