[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — After sale service

On 24th may'16 i gave my handset (Aqua power+) for repairing to intex service centre, pimpri, pune for malfunctioning of the above (Vide job sheet no.[protected] t001);they called me on 26/05/16 to take my handset duly repaired. But i noticed earlier problem is sustained as it was earlier. They informed me problem is associated with 'touch-screen', it will take 10~15 dys. Time, since the part will be procured from delhi...
On 08/06/16 again i received another jobsheet no.[protected]t001 of the same (Not clear the reason!!) & till date i am yet to receive my handset.
I would raise the issue why it is taking more than a month time to resolve it from a co. Of repute like intex. Is it acceptable to any customer???
Really i feel very sorry to say such worst service rendered by a co., even the product is still under warranty.
