Intex Mobile — complaint for intex jazz model

respected sir, i have purchase intex jazz mobile from kundan mobile store at surat.which is in warranty period.(date 10/07/2014) it has a problem, when i select gujarati language.all menu will hang and mobile is restart and stop working. i gave it to your service centre (look & like, puna gaum surat.) it takes about 20 days.and after they told me it is no repairable. so plz, change my instrument.
