[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Delay in getting Mobile(under Warranty) sent for repairing | |||
Sir, I bought an Intex Cloud x4 IMEI:[protected] and [protected] from 'Mobile Wala' Shop no. 5 Chawla market, Govind Nagar, Kanpur invoice no 11963 dated 18/10/2013. Since 4/08/2014 I was getting a problem, the mobile was switching off itself constantly and showed white screen every time it switched off.As it was in Warranty I sent it to an authorised service centre named 'New Telephone Point' addressed 124/M/10, Govind Nagar, Kanpur on 06/08/2014 work order no. 1151.I was told Mobile would be back in around 10 days.I called on 16/08/2014, they said they can't get the status because they had a network problem.The next day they said it would be back in 5 days.Then I called on 21/08/14, they said I have to wait 2 more days.Then I called on 23/08/2014 they said me to wait again for seven days.I cannot figure out what are they doing for so many days and just are not giving a real date.I can tell you this not a good customer care.Please Mail me at:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
