I purchased an INTEX Model AQUA A1 mobile IMEI No. [protected] (Photo copy of the mobile enclosed below / Encl Sl.No. 2 ) for Rs.4050/= on 24.04.2015 / Bill No. MX16/56/599 at MOBILE XPRESS No.6, Raja Trade Center, Barathithaasan Street, Near Mega Mart, Cantonment, Trichy – 1, with ONE YEAR NATIONAL WARRANTY and SIX MONTHS GUARANTEE for Battery and Charger (As mentioned below in the Bill – Bill copy enclosed below / Encl Sl.No. 1 ). On 10/09/2015 my mobile display didn’t work properly, so I gave my mobile thro my family friend to the authorised service centre of INTEX – M/s. SUNRISE ELECTRONICS, No.31/AS SEVEN HILLS TOWER, TENNUR HIGH ROAD, Opp. MAHATHMA GANDHI SCHOOL, TRICHY – 620017, TAMILNADU. (Service Request copy page1 & page2 enclosed below / Encl Sl.No. 3 ). Please Note: In Warranty details head @ warranty status they have mentioned In Warranty and Amount Approved by Customer Rs.0.00. I got my mobile serviced on 21/09/2015. As my mobile is in WARRANTY PERIOD and I have taken much care of my mobile in which I have not even dropped my mobile once, down or in water. Now as the display didn’t work properly, they said that this will not cover in warranty and they have charged Rs.900/= Cash Receipt No. 2128 / Dt. 21/09/2015. (Cash Receipt copy enclosed / Encl Sl.No. 4 ). Now the rear camera and flash is not working, i have sent the mobile again on 28.09.2015 Job Sheet Number [protected]T001 / Lot No.[protected]. to the service center. Hear also they have mentioned the same as first service request copy ( In Warranty details head @ warranty status they have mentioned In Warranty and Amount Approved by Customer Rs.0.00. ) (Service Request copy enclosed below / Encl Sl.No. 5 ) I was very much impressed on INTEX MOBILES, but now i am very much depressed by the mobile. I would like to know why I should pay this amount and what’s the use of WARRANTY given by INTEX. THE INTEX COMPANY HAS GIVEN AN MAIL ID FOR COMPLAINTS IN WHICH ITS NOT WORKING.
