I bought Index AQUA desire HD Blue on 30 Aug 2015 for My Mother. She complained that call gets disconnected.. Which I doubted ... However during one of the call I experienced the same Problem. Visited Devam Enterprise, Maninagar, Ahmedabad from where I bought the Phone... Very pathetic response... Brand new phone they want me to visit Service Center .. Get it checked and They are washing their hands of this... Very bad customer service... Wanting to register complaint against Intex and Devam... need replacement Was this information helpful? | |||
