Intex Mobile — Intex cloud XI stopped working | |||
I am Sonia Salwan purchased an Intex Mobile cloud XI on 07/09/2013 from at Rs.3500/- from an authorized dealer of Intex mobile. After 6 month of purchase Some problems has been occurred, due to which have gave my phone to service centre. After servicing it was working better and worked 4 month and after that it stopped working. Again i had visited its service center and explained all the problem. They had suggested that the problem is in battery and it is needed to change its battery. I had requested them to arrange a new battery so that i can purchase that. But they asked me for some days to arrange it. Again and again when i called or visit them they always gave some excuse like they are continuously trying to arrange. I have also visit the dealer from where i have brought my phone he took my mobile to arrange its battery. After 15 days he returned me by saying that company has stopped its production and its battery will not be available. In whole process warranty period has been out of date. Now i want to get my money back from the company who launched this useless mobile as it is only a scrap For me. I just want my right Was this information helpful? | |||
