Respected sir, , , I have purchased a intex mobile of rs. 9000/- on dated[protected]. That now the battery of the above mobile is not working. Yesterday, when i went to rg communication care center (Intex), kotkapura (Pb.) he misbehaved with me and told me that the battery have not any guarrantee. It will cost you of rupees 600/-. That i have purchased the mobile three months ago & seller told me that the battery have 6 months warranty... Please exchange my battery as soon as possible. Gurmukh singh M.
