[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Inappropriate service from service center | |
Dear sir/madam I bought an Intex Aqua Y2 1GB in July, 2015. After almost 6 months I started getting problems from the mobile i.e. after few seconds I stopped getting any voice from the other side when on a call . So I went to the service center in Hazratganj, Lucknow on 26th March, 2016. They said that it is a motherboard problem and it will take 15 days to get repaired. So I submitted the phone to the service center.I returned after 15 days and they said that it will take 4 days more. So I returned after 4 days but they again said that it will take 5 days more. So I went back home. They kept giving excuses and I showed the best of my patience. It took 1 month and 4 days to come. While returning they said that my phone came back from the service centre in between but when they checked my phone it was not getting charged. So they sent it back to the service centre again for repairing. Now that I have my phone I discovered that my phone has the motherboard of a completely different phone. It's name is now Cloud N IPS and it's internal memory is now reduced to 2GB while earlier it was 8GB.
