I have purchase intex mobile (model :- intex cloud pace) invoice date[protected]. order id:- od[protected]. after 4 month i have change the sim form mobile and insert another sim that time mobile is asking protect privacy password (mobile is totally locked). same has informed to intex service center (helpline no. mobile :[protected] the executive guided how to hard reset but unable to unlocked mobile. executive told go to service center your mobile issue will resolve but service center executive apply charges in under warranty mobile. that time again i called intex service center (helpline no. mobile :[protected] But i tried calling service center and spoke to executive (satya) asked to talk with super visor for the same but he dined. kindly do the needful with proper assistance i need to resolve this matter urgently. Dear Sir,
I have purchased the Intex Aqua power plus in June 2015. A screen lock and mobile tracker has made by me in my handset. When I changed the sim card with new one and power on the handset. It has locked and could not open with my screen lock password. When I Reboot the handset it opened with my screen lock password but after 5 seconds it again locked and could not open again. So after Rebooting the handset, it again open with my screen lock password but after 5 seconds it again locked and could not open and flashing.. please enter the privacy protection password to unlock. What is the privacy protection password. Now I don't understand what I do. When I gone to service centre, he suggested that the handset is required to format but I did not want to format the handset as many of the data stored in my handset will be deleted. Therefore, It is requested to please advice the the privacy protection password to open my handset or advice the process to unlock the handset.
